A toast to love

A toast to love
for the feelings that it gives us
Happy, sad, high and low
for the roller coaster ride it gives us
We can cry tears of happiness or sadness
but we do this all because of love
Love can lift us up so high
that we sometimes think we can reach the sky
Love can also make us cry
and make us often wonder why
so let us give a toast to this thing we called love and to all the feelings that it has to bring.
